A highly intelligent instrument composed of control technology as the core and non-contact smart card technology as the information transmission medium. It is a highly intelligent product that integrates functions such as prepayment, automatic measurement, status alarm and prevention of improper use. It has the characteristics of accurate measurement, reliable performance, compact and reasonable structure. The meter is based on a rotary-wing water meter and is equipped with a new type of low-power, high-torque output non-pressure loss motor control valve, microcomputer controller and radiofrequency card operating system. The use of advanced encryption technology to implement one meter and one card ensures the safety and reliability of user data. Product performance indicators conform to the national standard GB/T778.1.2.3-2007 and the industry-standard CJ/T133-2001 of the Ministry of Construction, which can be applied to the measurement and charging of water for residences, enterprises and institutions. 4, installation instructions1. For newly installed pipelines, the sand, silt, hemp and other debris in the pipeline must be cleaned before installing the meter to avoid malfunction of the water meter. |
2. The water meter specification should be based on the usual flow rate, and the diameter of the water meter cannot be determined by the diameter of the pipe alone. The water meter should not pass corrosive liquids, and the cold water meter should not pass hot water. |
3. When the water meter is installed, the direction of the arrow on the case must be consistent with the direction of the water flow, and the horizontal water meter must be installed horizontally. The direction of water flow of a vertical water meter must be bottom-up. The installation location of the water meter should be a place that can avoid exposure to the sun, and is convenient for disassembly and observation. In winter, heat preservation measures should be taken. |
4. When installing a water meter at the water inlet of the boiler, a check valve must be installed to prevent the return of hot water and steam from damaging the water meter. |
5. It is strictly forbidden to put anything above the water meter. Pay attention to moisture and humidity, and it is strictly forbidden for water to penetrate into the water meter controller to damage the control system. The system affects the normal use of users. |
6. When installing the water meter, pay attention to the connection length of the water meter. When the distance between the pipes at both ends exceeds the connection length of the water meter, the distance between the pipes should be corrected to meet the connection length of the water meter. And the damage to the connecting nut; if the pipes at both ends of the water meter are not on the same axis, other ways should be used to correct the pipes on the same axis to meet the installation dimensions of the water meter. |
7. For accurate measurement, the tap should be higher than the water meter. |
8. The water meter should not be directly connected to the pipeline. The water meter and the pipeline should be connected by connecting pipes, sealing gaskets, and connecting nuts. |
When installing, do not use force to pull it hard to avoid twisting the case. |
9. When installing a water-saving and energy-saving water meter, it is necessary to use a matching special pipe joint at the water inlet to reduce the rotation of the water meter caused by water pressure fluctuations. |
10. As the installation is not carried out in strict accordance with the installation precautions, the water meter or its accessories are damaged, and all losses shall be borne by the installer. |
